Rookie

Hi. I am feral. I am afraid of people, but I deserve to live. I am fine in your home if you are ok with me being there. I do need a secure fenced yard. I know how to use a doggy door. I am reliably house broken with a doggie door. I am good with cats and dogs. I can be fearful of big dogs at first. I am a good listener if you need to dump your problems and need someone to listen. And if you are lucky, I may sit on the opposite side of the couch, if you don't look at me.

Things you can't do with me yet. You can't pick me up or touch me. You cannot leash me. I will not go on car rides. I need to be sedated to go to the vet. You don't need to walk me as I don't want to leave your house.

We will waive his adoption fee at this time. Do you have a heart for the scared dogs? Rookie lived his life outside with 13 feral chihuahuas. All the rest have been adopted except Rookie.
